Actions and missions

The Undersecretary of Inspection and Internal Police Control, was approved and Created, its functional organic structure on May 17, 2021 (Decree 275/2021), designating by (Decree 623/21).
It carries out the actions tending to the fulfillment of the activities that make up the system of Inspection and operational control of the areas and security dependencies of the region of its competence.
Designing the annual Operational Inspections Plan and directing the inspections, controls and inspections established therein.
Develop operational controls in the corresponding region aimed at guaranteeing effective compliance with the objectives and principles of action It established in the ministerial policy, plans and programs.
Develop control actions tending to control the execution of the orders issued for the operation of the Police of the Province of Buenos Aires in the area of competence, Arrange and direct the carrying out of inspection visits in the different police units of the region, of according to directives issued by the Minister.
Prepare reports formulating the pertinent observations and recommendations, and raise them from the region according to directives issued by the Minister.

Establish and coordinate actions with the Rural Prevention commands of the areas of competence of the Undersecretary, through the implementation of inspection and control operations.
Design joint articulation and work policies with the Municipal authorities to carry out joint inspections, in collaboration with the Provincial Directors and Superintendents, achieving a daily development for the management record.
