Actions and missions
Institute and develop promotion policies for the comprehensive well-being of police personnel and their families.
Develop actions aimed at improving the physical, mental and environmental health of police personnel and their families.
Understand the formulation of care and containment policies for police personnel injured by Act of Service and their family.
Manage the needs of essential elements in the care of personnel injured in acts of service.
Assist with health policies to police personnel retired due to incapacity by Act of Service, before the Work Risk Insurer (ART).
Promote and articulate with the head member designated as representative of the Police of the Province of Buenos Aires, in the Directory of the Institute of Medical Assistance Work (I.O.M.A.), in relation to the benefit needs of police personnel.
Convoke specialists in health matters in general, in order to promote studies that address the impact of the police function on the health of personnel, according to functions, territory, age group, among other variables.
Promote the necessary proactive actions in pursuit of the moral and material well-being of the police personnel of the Province of Buenos Aires.
Propose actions and intervene in any matter that involves the well-being and improvement of police personnel injured in the act of duty, and/or their successors.
Convoke at the institutional level health professionals and other branches of knowledge, in order to generate spaces for studies and research related to police work.
Joint actions with the Undersecretary for Training and Professional Development and the Technical, Administrative and Legal Undersecretary, within the scope of their respective competencies and in pursuit of the comprehensive well-being of police personnel and their families.
Articulate actions with the Undersecretariat for Training and Professional Development regarding the analysis of each particular situation of police personnel injured in "Act of Service" and their comrade from the operational pairing, considering the possibility that they develop conferences or workshops exposing their experience in areas of police education and training.

Promote agreements with National, Provincial and Municipal organizations, as well as with private entities, in order to carry out commitments that improve the well-being and health of police personnel.
Coordinate the formulation of first home plans for police personnel, as well as improvements of their own, with the competent bodies involved in the matter.
Promote activities related to recreation and tourism for police personnel and their families, in coordination with the Superintendence of Social Services.
Generate actions that contribute to the physical and mental well-being of police personnel, such as, among others, with the Argentine Gymnasium and Swimming Chambers and Sports Activities.
Assist the Minister in the planning of sustainable policies in the short, medium and long term that allow progressively fulfilling the actions entrusted within the scope of his competence.
Lead, organize, plan, control and issue directives inherent to occupational health management, linked to the health and aptitude of the personnel assigned and/or to be assigned in each of the police sub-ranks, coordinating the medical examinations of police personnel necessary to establish their psychophysical aptitude and psychological profile.
